The Inn
Our private rooms include WIFi, walking & Nordic trails, private stream access (catch & release only), large living room on first floor and spacious outdoor decks. Our full breakfast is famous with our guests. Some of our tasty starters are homemade blueberry pancakes, breads, quiches, fresh seasonal fruit, handmade granola, cheese grits and locally roasted fresh coffee.



 

The Farmhouse
This building is the original Showalter / Gibson home and it was built in the early 1940’s. Elk River’s founder’s Gil & Mary Willis started in this warm & cozy dwelling which has welcomed countless outdoor lovers over the 25 years. Five bedrooms that share 3 baths provide a great base camp for ski groups, families, anglers or a couple of mountain bikers who might be on budget. A wonderful front porch located only feet away from the river will serenade you to sleep after a long day outdoor fun. Wifi is on so bring your lap top to stay in touch. Living room and gas fireplace will relax your sore muscles.
 

The Meadows
The meadow rooms are the newest addition to Elk River’s lodging offering. Three large private rooms include two queens, private bath, WiFi & direct TV. Meadow rates include the full country breakfast and these facilities are 3.5 miles closer to Snowshoe Mountain Resort WV. The property is surrounded by local farms and has great access to all local activities.




 

Rates
Rates for our Snowshoe Mountain Vacation Rentals and Bed and Breakfast In Snowshoe WV rooms are based per night. A two night minimum is required during most periods, three nights during holiday periods. Generally we do not split weekend stays. If a weekend is split, two nights at the weekend rate are charged. A two night lodging deposit is required for reservations. Call for one night availability last minute (10% surcharge).

Room rates include breakfast.

Add 6% local tax and 6% state tax to rates above.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 2 week cancellation policy: If you should cancel 14 or more days prior to date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 administrative fee, per cabin/room. If cancellation is made after that period, your deposit will be forfeited unless we can fill your room(s) or cabin, in which case we will refund your money minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
